This policy explains how Mua Cave Private Tours (“we”, “us”), Khe Dau Ha Village, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam handles personal data for bookings made on muacaveviewpoint.com.

What we collect

Your name, email, WhatsApp number, travel date, pickup hotel, group size, and anything you tell us about dietary or mobility needs. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To confirm and run your tour, to contact you about it, and to meet accounting and legal duties.

Who we share it with

We share your name, group size, pickup hotel, date and special needs with the licensed partner operator, the guide and the driver running your tour. If you pay the balance in cash, your guide also knows the amount still due. A card is used for both full payments and deposits, handled by the payment provider. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking and accounting records: 10 years, as Vietnamese accounting rules require. Support conversations: 24 months. We run no analytics.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. Records we must keep by law are kept until the period ends.

Infrastructure

The site runs on WordPress and WooCommerce. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page opens.
