Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation

Cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled pickup time and everything you have paid is refunded to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Within 3 days

Within 3 days of departure, including no-shows, 30% of the tour price is charged because the car and guide are already committed. If you paid in full, we refund the other 70%; if you paid the 30% deposit, the deposit covers the charge and nothing more is due.

Changing your date

Rescheduling is free up to 3 days before departure, subject to availability.

If we change or cancel

If weather or a closure affects the day, the half-day tour moves to the other departure or another date free of charge, or is refunded in full if no date works. On the full day from Hanoi the affected stop is replaced by the temples at Hoa Lu with no partial refund, or you can move the date free of charge. Cloud that hides the view is not refunded.
